4 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/3 cup of lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
2 Tablespoons of water
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 Tablespoon chick pea flour
Set a pot of water on the stove and get it boiling. While waiting for the water to boil, scrub, peel, and cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges. I get about 8 wedges per potato.
